Council Chambers – Joburg Metro

The Joburg Metro Council Chamber building development in Braamfontein project was implemented between 2016 and 2018.

The project comprised the Council Chamber as well as support services.

The total project value was R 40M and our key responsibility areas included;

• Bulk services reticulation design.
• Main Low Voltage, generator and UPS reticulation
• Master plan and report compilation.
• Earthing & Lightning Protection
• Electrical, communication services.
• Site lighting
• Security and Access Control concept report and detailed design
• Detailed construction layouts
• Complete commissioning and handover of all systems
