Telesure Corporate Headquarters

The Telesure corporate headquarters development is comprised of 40 000m2 of offices, a national call center as well as corporate executive offices.

The development was designed to be as energy efficient as possible against the background of electricity supply restrictions within South Africa.

The total project value was R 45M and our key responsibility areas included:

• Bulk services reticulation design.
• Dual redundant generator and UPS system power designs.
• Electrical, communication services.
• Site lighting
• Security and Access Control
• Special Lighting
