Fairways Hotel Development

This 2010 FIFA Legacy hotel development project was constructed adjacent to the existing RandPark Golf Course.

This five star 120 room hotel, Spa and luxury lodge development project was completed against very tight deadlines as it needed to be completed to host the Brazil National team during the first round of the 2010 football world cup.

The total project value was R 25M and our key responsibility areas included;

• Electrical, communication services.
